The British Royal Family posted a new photoshoot of Prince William and his three kids with Princess Kate. The family photo was in celebration of Father's Day and featured the four of them smiling as they held each other.
The Royal Family shared the photo on Saturday, just before Father's Day, but it was reportedly taken months ago. Photographer Millie Pilkington took the photo of William and his kids at Windsor Estate. She previously snapped Louis for his birthday photos, which were released in April and featured him in a wheelbarrow being pushed by Princess Kate.
He Wants His Kids To Understand Their Privilege
During a recent interview with The Times, William spoke about homelessness, which is a cause he worked on for many years. The Prince of Wales said he tries to teach his kids about the cause and help them understand how homelessness affects people.
He said, "When I left this morning, one of the things I was thinking was, 'When is the right time to bring George or Charlotte or Louis to a homeless organization?' I think when I can balance it with their schooling, they will definitely be exposed to it."
The Prince also spoke about exposing his children to the not-so-luxurious reality of ordinary people during school runs and trips. He said it's important to expose them "at the right stage, in the right dialogue, so they have an understanding."
William further added, "They [will] grow up knowing that actually, do you know what, some of us are very fortunate, some of us need a little bit of a helping hand, some of us need to do a bit more where we can to help others improve their lives."
Prince William Will Soon Unveil A Homelessness Project
Homelessness is one cause that William has taken close to heart. The Prince revealed that he's soon launching a new long-term project with The Royal Foundation. He said, "In my job, I get to meet these people, I get to hear the stories, I get to feel it, I get to see it. That for me — and I've heard from them themselves — matters an awful lot."
William further explained that homeless people have "become invisible" in society, which is terrible. He spoke about the importance of society recognizing these people and their difficulties in life. He added, "It shouldn't happen but it's right there. You can't ignore it."
Prince William's Kids Were Adorable At Trooping The Colour
Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis recently stole the show at their grandfather, King Charles III's Trooping the Colour parade. The three kids joined William, Kate, and other members of the royal family for the early birthday parade this weekend.
During a carriage ride with Kate and Queen Camilla, the three kids waved to the waiting and cheering public. Per US Weekly, Louis, in particular, made funny faces for the crowd, including one of him adorably plugging his nose.
The kids later rejoined their parents, Charles, Camilla, Prince Edward, and Princess Anne, on the Buckingham Palace balcony to watch and cheer the Royal Air Force's flyover.
King Charles's other son, Harry, was absent from the birthday festivities, along with his wife, Duchess Meghan Markle, and their two kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
Louis and George looked cute in their matching blazers and ties, which matched Charlotte's adorable red and white dress. The kids watched the flyover in front of William and Kate and pointed out each of the planes as they performed in the sky.
