The actress has one of the most envied bodies in Hollywood. At 54 she still looks amazing in a bikini and has perfect skin to match. Aniston often brags about her healthy and holistic lifestyle and maintains a strict high-protein diet low-carb and low-sugar diet.
She works out five days a week with intense cardio and attends 10-to-20-minute Pvolve classes, a low-impact functional fitness with resistance-based equipment. She owes her 117lbs weight maintenance to all this however, she knows the importance of a cheat day.
She rewards herself with her favorite foods and drinks, for instance, she loves a good martini and will indulge if she sees fit.
Jennifer Aniston Splurges
The actress's friends have shared that she doesn’t miss a chance to indulge and also doesn’t harp on bad choices if she does make them outside of cheat days. “Jen's meals are rich in protein with a healthy amount of carbs, and she also indulges in treats and cheat days. If she wants to enjoy a dirty martini or tequila, she'll splurge. It's no big deal.”
Aniston also workout her mind. “She meditates and loves hikes with her dogs.” The best thing about the actress is she has no fear of aging and that is refreshing to see in Hollywood from someone who is an A-lister as well.
“Jen feels fine about getting older. For her, it's about being healthy and happy as she can be.” And don’t make the mistake of giving her the backhanded compliment “You look good for your age.” She hates that.

The actress covered British Vogue earlier this year as well as In Style where she elaborated on the ageism, she’s experienced. “It drives me bananas. I can't stand it. That's a habit of society that we have these markers like, Well you're at that stage, so for your age…I don't even understand what it means,” say the Friends alum.
“I'm in better shape than I was in my twenties. I feel better in my mind, body, and spirit. It's all 100 per cent better.” She also notes that she puts effort into her nutrition effectively working on her body from the inside out.
The 5’5’ actress also shared some of the secrets that help her metabolism run great and help her skin look phenomenal.
Jennifer Aniston Has A Food Regimen
The Emmy-nominated actress starts her day off with a metabolic-boosting drink and meal. “When I wake up I have warm lemon water, then a shake or avocado and eggs. I found ways to make eggs every which way.”
If that gets too familiar, she switches it up “But I also do oatmeal with an egg white whipped in.” She shared a quick tip. “Do it right before the oatmeal is finished cooking - it gives extra protein and this fluffy texture that's delicious.”
She also does intermittent fasting “I noticed a big difference in going without solid food for 16 hours.” After all that, yes, a cheat meal is earned.
