Chrissy Teigen Claps Back At Internet Plastic Surgeon Who Says She Had Cheek Injections: 'I Gained Weight!'

Chrissy Teigen is not taking the allegations about her body lying down! The stunning model is fighting against a plastic surgeon's unsolicited opinions about her beauty.

The media personality is best known as the wife of the award-winning singer John Legend. However, the 37-year-old does not live in her husband's shadow as she has achieved an influential status with her pursuits in the entertainment industry.

As a public figure, the Utah native is frequently placed on the scrutiny platform for living as she pleases. The hornet's nest of critics recently came for the entertainer after a Pasadena-based medical practitioner claimed she had gotten lousy work done.

A medical practitioner named Dr. Kay Durairaj caused a stir on social media after sharing her opinions about the "Bring the Funny" judge. Taking to her Instagram page, the woman announced to her 355k followers that the TV personality was a victim of botched cosmetics.

According to her BeautybyDrKay website, the cosmetologist was a USC and UCLA-trained surgeon with international recognition. Using this accumulated knowledge of cosmetic procedures, the doctor dissected Teigen's alleged enhanced beauty.

In her since-deleted video, titled "Have you seen Chrissy Teigen's 'new face'?," the KD Skincare founder shared a picture of the former "Deal Or No Deal" briefcase model. The snap captured the entertainer's cheeks looking significantly larger, a growth Durairaj credited to bad fillers.

"Well, this picture is going viral. Look at Chrissy Teigen's face, lots of volume in the face," the facial doctor began her narration. "This is what injectors need to work on doing better. I do not like a puffy, overfilled face."

"Does anyone need to look doughy, swelly, and overfilled like this?" the cosmetologist bashed the Utah native's picture before adding, "No, injecting is an art and too much reliance on hyaluronic gel fillers, not enough building foundations, skin structure, and support can give you this puffy, bloated effect."

Durairaj also shared Teigen's old picture, claiming the "All of Me" music video vixen looked more natural before getting her alleged cheek fillers. The "Beauty Bytes" podcaster concluded her post by promoting her plastic surgery services, noting that her clients did not have to "fear fillers."

The medical practitioner promised her procedures would leave people feeling the positive impacts of good fillers, including looking "natural and beautiful." The post was captioned with a lengthy message, where the surgeon claimed to have zero animosity towards Teigen.

"This post is not out of mean intentions. It is merely here to discuss overfilling and its possible consequences. There's too much reliance on hyaluronic gel fillers and not enough focus on building foundations, skin structure, and support," the cosmetologist's disclaimer read.

Durairaj reaffirmed that her goal was to raise awareness about lousy filler procedures, which she stated were responsible for the "puffy and bloated effect." Despite her alleged good intentions, her unfounded claims against Teigen did not sit well with the model.

In response to Durairaj's claims about her face, the "Lip Sync Battle" star took to her Instagram Story to clear the air. Resharing the unflattering video, Teigen clapped back at the medical practitioner for crediting her puffy cheeks to harmful fillers. Lamenting about how the cosmetologist's words broke her heart, the entertainer penned: 

"You are rude as f**k, doc. I've always been honest, I've never had anything in my cheeks ever, so now I just feel ugly and bad. Thanks!"

The "Chrissy's Court" star's quips did not end there as she called out Durairaj for her insensitive caption. "'No mean intentions'??? But saying this could be your face if you do it wrong? You're a piece of sh*t. I gained weight," the mother of three exclaimed.

Down her slideshow, the Grammy winner's wife shared screenshots of fans' reactions to the plastic surgeon's claims and sarcastically thanked the doctor for causing the backlash. Stirred by the BeautybyDrKay founder's words, many slammed Teigen for having a botched face.

"She's a bad person, so this is just her Karma," someone claimed. This hateful message received the support of others who agreed the "Snack Off" judge earned her fate. "She got the face she deserves," another troll wrote.
