Sheriffs deputies responded to an alleged assault at Jenelle Evans and husband David Eason‘s North Carolina home over the weekend.
A spokesperson for Columbus County Sheriffs Office tells us they were called to the “Teen Mom 2” couple’s property Saturday night but deputies did not complete a report because the call apparently did not warrant one.
According to dispatch audio, the call came in as an assault, specifically a “4A1,” which emergency medical dispatchers classify as a “not dangerous body assault.”
The Ashley, who first reported the story, claims the alleged assault occurred during a domestic dispute between the two and ended with Evans opting to cancel the ambulance and take a private car to the hospital.
Jenelle’s rep issued a statement to People regarding the incident, saying Evans “had friends over Saturday night and they had a bonfire on her property. Jenelle ended up tripping and falling by the fire.”
