Lil Tay's father is not trying to keep her from being an Instagram star, but allegedly wants to lay down a new set of rules that will benefit his 11-year-old daughter.

Harry Tsang, Lil Tay's former manager, took to Instagram to clear the air in a series of videos, saying he can't stand idly by while Tay's brother, Jason, and mother, Angela, "ruin her career and her well-being."

"I know many of you are concerned about the well being of Lil Tay," Tsang began in a lengthy video. "The truth is both Angela the mom and Jason the brother are unstable, they are standing in the way of Lil Tay's successful career."

Tsang says that her father, Chris Hope, has taken custody of the girl, but is not keeping her from becoming a star or expressing her creativity.

He explains that Hope is even willing to let Tay back on the grind as the youngest flexer of the century, but a few rules must be followed:

  1. No more crazy videos from Lil Tay

  2. 25% gross income of earnings go into a trust fund for Lil Tay

  3. There is a structure put in place to the Lil Tay operation

Tsang also knocked down a series of abuse/neglect allegations involving Hope that were made on Tay's Instagram account. As we reported, Hope also sent a cease and desist to Instagram to get the defamatory allegations removed. He claims there have been death threats sent over the accusations.

Tay's manager says her father has been trying to communicate with her mother and brother, but they are not willing to work with him on a peaceful solution.
