A songwriter is suing Migos over their hit song "Walk It Like I Talk It," claiming they stole the song from him.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Leander Pickett — who goes by the name M.O.S — claims he recorded a song entitled "Walk It Like I Talk It" in 2007 and copyrighted the track in 2018.

Pickett says he released his song on a mixtape entitled "It’s Like a Movie," which was released by Pickett and DJ Folk.

Pickett says DJ Folk was employed by a third party, CTE Music, in 2007 with a man named Coach K, who was the owner of Quality Control Music and works for Migos.

In January 2018, he says he learned about Migos song "Walk It Talk It," which was on their third album, "Culture II."

He accuses them of never having his permission to use his track and is demanding an injunction against Migos — which consists of rappers Quavo, Offset, and Takeoff — from continuing to profit off his work.

He wants the band to turn over all money they made and is seeking unspecified damages.
