In a recent episode of her popular podcast, "Whine Down," Jana Kramer opened up about her hesitations regarding expanding her family due to the heartbreaking experiences of her previous miscarriages. According to People magazine, the 39-year-old actress, currently pregnant, shared a candid conversation with her fiancé, Allan Russell, about the possibility of having another baby together.

Reflecting on her concerns, Kramer expressed her doubts to Russell, acknowledging that her previous pregnancy losses had affected her emotionally and physically. She told him, "If you want one, I might not be your girl because I don't know if I can physically carry a baby again."

Russell, who already has a 16-year-old son and a stepdaughter, responded, "It would be so beautiful to have something together."

The "One Tree Hill" actress, who shares two children, Jace, 4, and Jolie, 7, with her ex-husband Mike Caussin, agreed, but she didn't think it was likely due to her previous experience with miscarriage.

With genuine vulnerability, Kramer expressed her fear stating, "I would love that, but if it's something of really wanting it, I don't want you to be like, 'Oh, I should have been with someone else' because I, as a woman who has had a bunch of miscarriages, I feel broken."

She added, per People, "I know I'm a woman, but when you miscarry that many times, you're like, 'Am I? Because I can't even carry a baby. I don't want to relive that again, feeling that way. That was awful."

The actress revealed that the news of her current pregnancy came as a surprise to her, given her previous stance on not wanting more children and her disclosure of this to potential partners in the past.

Recounting her miscarriage scare, Kramer described, "It was also freaky because I bled so bad — like gushing blood. And I'm like, 'Here we go, I'm miscarrying.' And I'm bawling my eyes out, and he's seeing it — I couldn't reach the toilet."

She continued, "I'm bawling, and I'm like, 'I told you I couldn't do this, and I called my doctor, and they're like, 'Baby's still there, but you have a big hemorrhage.'"

Kramer shared that the medical team kept a close watch on her condition, cautioning her that the outcome was "50/50" until the baby grew more prominent than the bleeding.

Despite the discouraging circumstances, Russell adopted a positive outlook and devoted himself to supporting Kramer during this challenging time. "He would take Jace to school; he would do drop-offs," she said. "He and Mike would coordinate with soccer and drop-offs. I was so sick. [He got me] anything I wanted, food-wise."

Kramer announced her pregnancy on Instagram and revealed that she and Russell were expecting a child together, marking a joyous milestone in their relationship of just six months.

The podcast show host accompanied her announcement with a heartwarming photo of the couple proudly displaying a positive result on a home pregnancy test.

"I didn't think it would ever happen again, if I'm being honest, 'I've been through a lot, so this has just been a wonderful thing," she wrote in the caption. Her forthcoming tell-all book will likely shed light on her trials and the strength she has found within herself.

She concluded her post, writing, "I'm letting it all sink in. It's everything I've wanted and more. Allan was so sweet. He wrote me this little sticky note saying, "You deserve the happy ending."'
