June 8 is World Ocean Day and gymnast Nastia Liukin is ready to celebrate!
The international day tries to unite and rally individuals around the world in order to protect and restore the deep blue sea. While some followers, like actress Salma Hayek, shared different ways that her followers could make a difference, the five-time Olympic medalist shared photos of her enjoying the ocean in a bikini.

On Thursday night, the Russian-born American former artistic gymnast took to Instagram to share a post captioned “happy world ocean day” alongside a whale emoji.
She looked completely relaxed and at peace as she floated on her back in the water with her arms spread out by her sides. She is wearing a blue strapless tie-dye bikini that is laced up in the front, letting the strings trail down over her toned abs.
In another photo, the 2008 Olympic all-around champion was all smiles as she skipped through the beach in a blue bikini that showed off the definition in her toned abs. She is wearing a baseball cap that matches the color of her bikini.
She is wearing sunglasses to hide her eyes from the harsh summer sun, but her pearly white smile is clearly evident as she makes her way through the deep ocean water with her arms swinging by her side.

In a bikini set that looked almost like lingerie, the 2005 and 2007 World champion on the balance beam skipped through the warm sand barefoot while wearing a bright pink outfit that gave fans “Barbie” vibes. She was actually photographed mid-jump, gracefully gliding through the air.
Nastia is wearing a pink bikini with high-waisted panties that look like they’re made out of a silky material. She accessorized the look with a wide-brimmed pink hat with a wide stripe and two gold chain necklaces hanging around her neck.
In another photo, the 2005 World champion on the uneven bars decided to ditch her bikini in favor of a one-piece animal-print bathing suit. She is standing beside the ocean with her toes buried in the warm sand. Fans can actually see the sand sticking to the bottom of her wet feet as she lifts up her heel.

It looks like the 33-year-old athlete must have a big closet for the number of different bikinis and swimsuits she owns! In one photo, Nastia was out on the water, enjoying the high seas on a yacht. She is holding onto a black-and-white mast that perfectly complimented her one-piece swimsuit.
The swimsuit was made of black fabric with a white trim. It featured a plunging neckline that dropped all the way down to her belly button and featured a single white band that wrapped around her chest. She accessorized the look with angular black sunglasses and dangling earrings as she brushed her blonde hair out of her face with one hand.
