'Big Brother' Star Christmas Abbott Arrested for Criminal Mischief

"Big Brother" star Christmas Abbott found herself at a police station rather than a polling station on Tuesday.
36-year-old Abbott, a fitness model who appeared on the 19th season of the CBS show, was arrested November 6 in Tampa, FL on a charge of felony criminal mischief. The sheriff's office tells us Abbott actually surrendered to police on an active warrant.
She did not have to bail out, and was later released on her own recognizance.
It's unclear what the reality competition star did to land herself in cuffs but according to Hillsborough County Sheriff records her crime amounted to over $1,000 in damages.
Abbott was famously injured during her season on "Big Brother" after someone jumped on her back, and she competed during the show on crutches.
