Christine McGuinness Breaks Hiatus To Reveal Her Instagram Was Hacked

Christine McGuinness is back on the 'gram!

Barely three weeks after she abruptly quit social media for a "digital detox," the model has returned with a banging outfit and an explanation for her hiatus. The update, after she returned from a Spanish vacation with her family, saw the English celeb uploading a clip where she disclosed that one of her social media accounts was hacked by 'cheeky hunters.

McGuinness allowed the girls to come out and play when she donned a pink tie-dye two-piece with a plunging neckline for a day out in the sun. The mother-of-three paired the fit with a gold necklace, diamond pendant, silver wristwatch, and dark sunglasses on the top of her head.

To see the view, fans had to click on her Instagram Story, where she dropped a reel explaining what she had been up to since the last time they saw her posts. According to her, her hiatus was part of her participation in the upcoming season of the Channel 4 series, "Celebrity Hunted," where she had to surrender her mobile phone as a contestant.

"I've just participated in the latest series of 'Celebrity Hunted.' I can't reveal too much at the moment, but I will share details as soon as I can," she expressed before addressing the odd photo that had dropped on her Instagram feed during her time off.

As it turned out, the "cheeky hunters" from the star-studded show had hacked into McGuinness' account and posted the image that showed her looking nearly unrecognizable. In the since-deleted pic, the television personality's facial appearance had been altered to reflect enhanced cheeks, oversized, asymmetrical lips, sharp cat eyes, and exaggerated makeup. She clarified, saying:

"They were the ones who did the post of THAT picture; you know what I mean. It's an AI image or something. But yeah, it wasn't me. So, I'm sorry if that confused anyone. It was a naughty tactic to try and get me online so that they could figure out my location, but I didn't do it."

"The Real Housewives of Cheshire" alum then shared that even though she had enjoyed the digital detox, she had "a lot of catching up to do with family and friends," "make some phone calls," "catch up on emails," and enjoy an extra "cheeky hour" before going to get her kids.

"I'm just going to try and enjoy a little R & R (rest). I hope you're all good, and I'll come back online soon!" she wrapped up while blowing a kiss.

The last time McGuinness had showed off her bosom, she had been advertising her swimwear line, We Are Her. At the time, The Blast noted that she wore a blue one-piece with side cutouts and a large-brimmed hat that protected her face from the sun.

Since the snaps highlighted her ample bust and perky derrière, the comment section instantly became charged with praises for the "The Games" star. "Stunning, absolutely stunning," one person gushed, as another commented, "Soooooo sexxxyyyy." The post has also received 10k likes since it went live on May 21.

"The Real Full Monty" star was spotted having the best time with James following her separation from her ex-husband, Paddy. Per The Blast, the duo had a date at the Ten Streets Social, where they enjoyed colorful cocktails and cozied up to each other in front of the location's backdrop. 

While the English singer placed his hand around his date's shoulders, she reciprocated by putting her hand on his knee. They opted for casual looks, with James complementing a pair of blue jeans with a tee and green-hued sneakers.

As for McGuinness, she sported a black playsuit, greenish sneakers, sunglasses, and a blue headband that restrained her hair. Although no details have unfolded about their situation, the "Who Wants To Be a Millionaire?" contestant had put out this statement when speculations about their relationship began. It read:

"You know it's a good night when you don't take any photos. Loads of you are saying "Oh we're so happy for you" that I was on a date. It was my mate, Duncan's my friend. Duncan's got a gorgeous partner and I love them both. But yeah, I was only taking the p**s when I said I was on a date."
