Bam Margera wants to see his son, no matter the cost.
The embattled former MTV star said on a social media rant that he has been unable to see his son, Phoenix, whom he shares with his estranged wife, Nicole Boyd, for the past two months. He also threatened to smoke crack until his death if an arrangement was not made for him to see the child.
The former professional skateboarder has been embroiled in a divorce battle with Boyd, with the former model requesting full custody of their child and $15,000 in child support payments.

Bam Margera Threatens To Harm Himself
Margera recently took to social media to complain about being estranged from his son, Phoenix, amid his ongoing divorce from Boyd, per Page Six.
The skateboarder, battling drug and alcohol addiction for years, swore to binge on drugs if he was not allowed to contact his son as soon as possible.
"I'm going to smoke crack with the bums down at the f–king boardwalk until I'm dead unless you deliver me f–king Phoenix. Get to work, Nikki or anyone that wants to help. I want Phoenix," he ranted on the now-deleted video.
TMZ reported that Margera last saw Phoenix on March 29, a claim the embattled actor also made known in his profanity-filled social media rant.
"I haven't seen Phoenix in two f–king months," the former "Jackass" star said, also noting in the video that being estranged from his son is "driving him to drink."
Bam Margera's Ex-Wife Wants Him To Focus On His Addiction Troubles
Margera has reportedly been unable to contact the child via phone or FaceTime, alongside the lack of contact.
Boyd is yet to react to her estranged husband's rants. However, her attorney, David Glass, has since released a statement asking Margera to focus on his sobriety before making such a request.
He told TMZ, "I sincerely hope that Bam can first achieve and then maintain sobriety, for his good, and for the good of their son."
Glass also slammed Margera's claim that being unable to contact his son pushed him to drink. "Unfortunately, that's not how the addictions work. People's behavior does not drive others to drink," the attorney said.
He added, "This is a typical defense mechanism, and it shows that Bam may not have learned much in his past addiction treatment. You have to take responsibility for your actions."
Bam Margera's Wife Filed For Divorce
Margera's rant comes after Boyd filed for legal separation in February after almost ten years of marriage, as reported by The Blast. She had separated unofficially from the former MTV star in 2021 and filed for full custody of her son that same year.
But with Margera's addiction troubles seemingly not over, Boyd moved forward to end their marriage, noting in court documents that the decision was "to protect herself and their son."
However, she did not shut down the possibility of Margera visiting his son, provided that the meetings are supervised and that the former "Jackass" actor has finished a stint in rehab.
Boyd allegedly wants $15,000 in child support payments from Margera each month in addition to her demand for sole custody. She also demanded to be paid spousal support for the years spent in their troubled marriage.
His Legal Troubles Have Escalated In Recent Months
Last month, authorities issued a warrant for Margera's arrest after the actor got in a "physical altercation" with someone, per Page Six.
It was later discovered that the unnamed individual, who reportedly sustained minor injuries, was Margera's brother, Jess.
The altercation allegedly started when Jess caught his brother peeing in the kitchen sink of his house. After he confronted him, Margera reacted brashly and punched Jess in the face.
In March, the "Viva La Bam" star was arrested for public intoxication in Los Angeles. At the time, he was captured screaming at Boyd about his annoyance over her seeking complete agreement for their son.
Margera was hit with a temporary restraining order a week later for allegedly threatening an unnamed individual.
