RiFF RAFF claims he's been the victim of an extortion plot, and he wants everyone to know that he is refusing to pay the money ... and also to take care of his Huskies if he goes missing.

RiFF RAFF, aka Jody Highroller, shared the revelation from his bed, claiming "For the last 4 years I have been extorted and black mailed." He says an escorting agency is demanding he pay $1,000,000 cash, and says he is one of many "high-end" celebrities who are being targeted.

The rapper says he has hired a private detective, and claims the suspect has been identified by police. There is no other information offered up as to who may have been targeting the star.

He says the point of the video was so that "If anything happens to me then please take care of my Huskies," adding that all three must stay together.

It's unclear if the accusations from RiFF RAFF are legit, or just promotion for his new album, Tangerine Tiger. He also just appeared on "Sway in the Morning" and performed a freestyle with astrophysicist, Neil deGrasse Tyson.
