Steven Tyler’s Ex-Fiancée Fights Back in Divorce by Claiming They Were Never Married

Steven Tyler's one-time fiancée is fighting a divorce petition filed by the father of her 2-year-old daughter by claiming the couple was never legally married.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Erin Brady wants the divorce case filed by Guerin Swing thrown out. She claims the couple never tied the knot — the closest they came was a "symbolic ceremony" in Mexico in 2015, which she felt "pressured" to take part in.

Brady claims she and Swing were in an off-and-on relationship for four years before splitting for good last December. She claims Swing has not been in their daughter's life much since she was born. Brady says Swing signed over full custody in an agreement Brady says was filed with the court in December 2017.

In the documents, Brady also claims Swing physically abused her multiple times. She claims following one incident, she obtained a three-year restraining order against him.

She wants the divorce filing tossed out and Swing sanctioned for filing it in the first place.

Brady and Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler dated for several years and were engaged to be married. They eventually split before tying the knot.
