David Arquette Says 'Ready to Rumble' Co-Star Scott Caan Is Over Wrestling

David Arquette is not optimistic about a "Ready to Rumble" sequel ever going down, mostly because his co-star from the movie wants nothing to do with wrestling.
Arquette sat down with Pro Wrestling Sheet's Ryan Satin to talk about his upcoming GCW match where he's set to take on pro wrestler Nick Gage.
The actor has been working on a documentary about wrestling, and apparently got shut down in an attempt to get Scott Caan involved, despite the two starring in the 2000 comedy, "Ready to Rumble."
Arquette said these days, Caan "loves writing plays and doing serious acting," and doesn't want to be involved with a wresting project. "Wrestling's not my thing," Arquette said, mocking his friend by doing a Caan impression.
Despite the distance from his humble wrestling beginnings, Arquette still says Caan is "an amazing guy," and is considering "bum-rushing" his friend while he surfs in Malibu to confront him on the wrestling hate.
