"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Gretchen Rossi is demanding a lawsuit over a $9,000 credit card bill be tossed, claiming the charges were the result of a credit card breach.

On November 14, Rossi filed court documents in the case filed by a debt collection company.

Rossi says she was issued a Home Depot credit card in July 2014. The card had a $5,000 limit.

She claims that months after opening the card, she was informed by her financial management company that her credit card was part of a Home Depot credit card breach. She was instructed to cease making payments on the card and was told that the breached account would be closed and a new card would be issued.

The "RHOC" star says despite being given this advice, she is now being sued for charges and fees totaling over $9,000 on a card with a much lower limit.

Gretchen Rossi claims the debt collector has failed to provide her with evidence or supporting documents with her signature showing additional charges being approved by her.

She is demanding the entire lawsuit be thrown out and the debt collector not be awarded a dime.

As The Blast first reported, the reality star was sued by a debt collection company for allegedly failing to pay up on the card. The lawsuit claimed she made payments up until January 2017 and then stopped, leaving an unpaid balance of $9,433.56.

Recently, Rossi’s fiancé, Slade Smiley, was served with the legal docs for the lawsuit at the couple’s O.C. home.
