Tom Sandoval Spotted Chatting It Up With Raquel Leviss, So Much For That 'Break up'

Tom Sandovalwas spotted on an airplane on a phone call with Raquel Leviss. Didn't he say they weren't in contact anymore?

Now we know a phone call doesn't mean a full-blown relationship is taking place, but Sandoval did say that he wasn't even in contact with Leviss, so imagine the shock to the system when he was spotted on a plane likely to Pittsburg for his band's show on Monday.

A superfan spotted Sandoval and immediately began snapping pics. They lucked out and got a pick of who he was chatting with; his phone screen said, "Raquel Leviss." The Vanderpump Rules star was sitting in coach, dressed in casual track pants, and a black shirt, and the white nail polish fans have claimed he ruined for everyone.

TMZ spoke with the passenger who took the photo, and they said the conversation that was taking place was "innocent enough." Sandoval had his phone out and didn't try to hide it.

That could indicate that nothing suspicious is taking place, OR they finally just don't give a damn anymore. Whatever the reason, Tom was talking to Raquel after claiming that the duo was pausing their situation-ship and not even in contact.

The main reason for no contact was that Leviss had entered a facility to help with her mental health, which her family allegedly had in place before Sandoval was even a thing. She had no access to phones and internet; it was a retreat-style event.

The passenger also fessed up that Sandoval was actively trying to whisper and speak quietly. Unfortunately, for the disgraced bar owner, his voice was "highly recognizable." The passenger knew who it was immediately and then confirmed it by glancing over.

This interaction begs the question, if Leviss was restricted from phone calls and outside-world interaction, and now she is calling Sandoval, that could mean she is back in these streets! Seeing her name on Sandoval's phone gives more basis to Ariana Madix's theory that the two are not kaput after all!

The injured party in this mess, Madix, is making it clear that she never believed that the two stopped speaking, as Sandoval announced after Leviss was already in her facility and couldn't combat (even though she likely wouldn't).

Andy Cohen asked Madix if she believed Leviss and Sandoval had stopped speaking like the Tom Sandoval and the Most Extras frontman claimed. She seemed in disbelief and straight up said no.

She thinks they are just being smart about it. Maybe Sandoval's ex of 9 years was right! The conversation does not look suitable for the duo, who are already the most hated cast members. Most, if not all, of the cast have made it clear that they will not film with Tom or Raquel, so maybe sticking together is the best move for these two?
