Anna Delvy's East Village Apartment Is Being Partially Condemned, It's Unliveable!

Anna Delvy, the fake heiress, apparently lives in a half-condemned apartmentand only got that way after she moved in.

The fake heiress lives out of her house arrest in an East Village apartment. It’s not one of the fancy hotels she is used to staying in, but she has no other options. Her house arrest is taking place at the first avenue walk, but so are different things.

The apartment has become a place for a few parties thrown by Delvy, including “party of the century”-contender bashes and a few art exhibits. The latter is not surprising, seeing as Delvy has always maintained that she wanted to start an artist hub.

According to Page Six, the apartment has become a bit of a crap hole to the point where it’s being described as unacceptable, even for First Avenue standards.

Page Six claims that one of their sources spotted a “partial vacate” notice on one of the doors. It says, “The Department of Buildings has determined that conditions within this premises are imminently perilous to life.”

The sign also says, “These premises have been vacated, and re-entry is prohibited until such conditions have been eliminated to the department's satisfaction. Violators of this… order are subject to arrest.”

This request sounds like Delvy could be discharged to prison for not maintaining the home. Thankfully, that isn’t the case. This might be out of Delvy’s hands altogether.

Once further details were released, it turned out that the garbage chute was a big problem in the home. Other sources added that the “partial” in the notice refers to using the line. They ask that the home residents not use the lines because they must be fixed.

Page Six obtained a notice from the landlord: "Please be advised that the vacate order posted on the building is for the garbage shaft area. We will temporarily move the trash from that location until the area is fixed.”

Thankfully, this has nothing to do with Delvy unless she decides to use the garbage chute; chances are, seeing as she is on probation and could get in serious trouble, that would be a nope!

Delvy was sentenced to four to twelve years behind bars in 2019. However, she was released in 2021 and has resided in the walk-up ever since. She’s stuck there anyway. Delvy has been making the most of it by frequently hosting parties to get people to come over.

She hosted a party called Club House Arrest that Cynthia Rowley and other notable figures attended. Delvy’s run-in with the law and her shabby apartment doesn’t seem to hold her back from attracting all those famous people in her direction.
