Alicia Silverstone Agrees to Pay Ex-Husband $12,000 Per Month

Alicia Silverstone will be shelling out a good amount of cash to her ex-husband over the next few years, as part of their divorce settlement.

According to the details of the settlement between the "Clueless" star and Chris Jarecki, she will pay Jarecki $12,000 per month in spousal support until 2024. The documents, obtained by The Blast, do not specifically list if child support will be paid, but the couple is sharing joint physical and legal custody of their son, Bear.

However, if Jarecki meets a new romantic partner and shares housing costs for more than 5-months, Silverstone will get a reduction in her payment.

The agreement between the two also keeps each parent "restrained from making disparaging remarks about the other parent in the presence of the minor child."

As we reported, the 42-year-old actress needed to bring in a private judge to push for a final settlement between herself and Jarecki.
