Raquel Leviss' Family Asks For FBI Protection After Allegedly Facing 'Violent And Graphic' Death Threats

"Vanderpump Rules" star Raquel Leviss' family has turned to the FBI for protection after allegedly receiving multiple death threats. The threats come amid heavy online criticism of Leviss and Tom Sandoval for their recently exposed affair. 

Leviss has been staying in a mental health facility and off her social media since she apologized for the affair. On the other hand, Sandoval had been touring with his cover band, Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras.

According to a Page Six report, Raquel Leviss' family is seeking protection from the FBI after receiving multiple death threat messages. A rep for Leviss confirmed to the publication that the death threats have been "violent and graphic" and coming continuously online and through calls.

They revealed that one caller threatened to tear Leviss from "limb from limb," while another claimed he would "Un-alive and dump the body." A rep for the FBI spoke to TMZ and said the bureau couldn't confirm or deny any of its ongoing investigations. 

Their statement read, "Obviously, we review all allegations reported to us and encourage anyone who believes their life is in imminent danger to call 911." The threats come amid online criticism of Leviss and her co-star, Tom Sandoval, for their affair, which led to the end of his relationship with his longtime girlfriend, Ariana Madix. 

In April, Madix found a recording of a sexually explicit FaceTime call between Sandoval and Leviss on his phone. The discovery made their affair public, and Madix immediately ended her nine-year romance with Sandoval. 

After the online backlash began, Leviss checked into a mental health facility. The former beauty pageant queen also went off social media after she released apology statements. However, she later claimed that her Instagram account was hacked. 

Leviss' reps are now in control of her Instagram and use it to highlight various causes of mental health. They said that the reality star "requested all posts focus on raising awareness for mental health organizations, advocates and removing the stigma surrounding treatment."

Sandoval seems to be in a better place than Leviss, as he's touring with his band, Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras. He was also recently seen flying out of Los Angeles ahead of the release of Wednesday's reunion episode for "Vanderpump Rules." 

The episode featured his co-star, Scheana Shay, sharing that Sandoval lied to Leviss about being in an "open relationship" with Madix. The businessman immediately denied the claims and said they were "bulls**t." He added, "I did not f**king say that."

Shay first revealed Sandoval's alleged deceit to Madix after the affair was made public in March. Madix was surprised by the news and repeatedly emphasized that they were never in an open relationship. Sandoval had previously called the accusations against him "the most f**king ridiculous f**king thing ever."

According to a recent Page Six report, Sandoval and Leviss have stopped seeing each other. However, Madix was recently a guest on "Watch What Happens Live" and told host Andy Cohen that she doesn't believe they're indeed done with each other.

She said, "I don't buy that at all. She was sending letters to my house about four days ago. I just brought in the mail, saw it, put it on the table, and walked away." Madix explained that she recognized Leviss' handwriting on the letter, so she knew it was from her. 

Meanwhile, the actress is already moving on with a new man, a fitness guru named Daniel Wai. During her conversation with Cohen, Madix gushed briefly about their romance and said Wai makes her feel "happy and satisfied."

The pair were all over each other during the recently concluded Coachella music festival and even shared photos of themselves kissing.
