'Bad Girls Club' Star Sued by Fashion Designer Ex for Allegedly Trashing His Clothing

"Bad Girls Club" star Morgan Osman split with fashion designer Phillipp Plein earlier this year but he's reaching back out to her ... in the form of a libel lawsuit.
Osman and Plein began dating in July 2017 and split in June 2018. He claims that during their time together, she "rode the coat tails" of his success and used his and his brand's reputation to help promote herself.
But things turned nasty between the two on social media on October 19. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Plein claims on that date, he posted a photo of himself, promoting his Playboy x Plein collection, which he captioned, "THE REAL D-A-D-D-Y."
Later that day, Plein claims Osman posted a photo of herself wearing Supreme, a competing clothing company, which she captioned, "Big Daddy, have you ever felt Supreme fabrics?!"

Things took a turn in the comments on the post, when Osman — who appeared on the fifth season of "Bad Girls Club" and earned the nickname "The Uber Bitch" — began taking shots at Plein's clothing company.
Osman responded to one person by saying, "well the [sic] are made in turkey then the tags are switched to Italian tags and they cost 20$ to make and sells them for 800$ and everything breaks. Stones come off buttons pop off. He’s a con. Enjoy."
In another comment, Osman wrote, "So overpriced. And such a scam. If only I could really say what goes on over there. I mean, I can. But not worth it."
Then she went in for the kill, writing, "of course it’s true. His employees complain everyday bc all their clothes are falling apart. One time we were in the store and pp and I had to hide bc a lady was in there freaking out bc her dress fell apart 1 fat after buying it. Listen. He’s smart using people and making money that’s how the work works but he’s also dumb AF and has no taste or originality. He should hire someone to do everything and instead he wants to do it all and he SUCKS. He’s not a designer period."
Phillipp Plein claims the comments amount to libel and he is suing her for unspecified damages.
The Blast reached out to Osman for comment — so far, no word back.
