Gerard Piqué Mercilessly Trolled By Shakira Fans After Sharing New Pic Of GF-Clara Chia!

Gerard Piqué can’t catch a break from Shakira’s fans!

The retired FC Barcelona defender recently shared a brand-new photo of him and his girlfriend, Clara Chia Marti.

This is only the second photo he’s shared of them together on social media since they got together last year.

Piqué began dating his much younger Kosmos employee soon after he and Shakira confirmed their split in June 2022.

They released a joint statement which read, “We regret to confirm that we are separating. For the wellbeing of our children, who are our highest priority, we ask that you respect their privacy.”

Over the weekend he shared a photo of him cheek-to-cheek with Clara. He captioned the photo with one orange heart emoji.

The floodgates were then opened, and Shakira’s fans did not disappoint.

Many fans commented GIFs of Shakira looking extremely sexy or of her pulling her signature “Hips Don’t Lie” move.

Others took this opportunity to compare Clara to a Casio watch, which is a lyric Shakira sang in “BZZRP Music Sessions #53.”

“He’s happy with a Casio but don’t try to make us accept it! The crowd loves the Rolex,” one person commented.

Others commented “Did anyone else come just to look at the comments??” and “Loving the comments.”

In January, the former soccer stud shared his first photo with Clara and was dragged and trolled by his ex-partner’s fans.

It’s been reported the Kosmos employee has some choice nicknames for the Colombian songstress.

Journalist Roberto Antolin said, "It is clear that everyone is focused on Shakira but Clara… if there is a culprit here it is Pique. [Clara Chia] is the third wheel and there is a very important piece of information to add from her inner circle.”

According to Antolin, Marti and her friends called Shakira “old, witch and menopausal.”

However, her nickname calling may be warranted, because Shakira also has an unflattering nickname for her.

The Blast previously reported that the “Hips Don’t Lie” singer refers to Marti as “mosquito muerta,” which translates to “dead fly” in English.

However, the nickname can also be used to describe someone that is conniving, sneaky and secretive.

Almost like the age-old saying, “A wolf in sheep’s clothing.”

Basically, the person with the nickname is NOT to be trusted.

Shakira showed her disdain for “mosquita muerta” and Piqué in her collaboration with Bizzarap.

In “BZRP Music Sessions #53,” Shakira referred to Marti as a cheap car and watch.

She sings, “I’m worth two 22 [year old] You traded a Ferrari for a Twingo, You traded a Rolex for a Casio.”

Shakira shed a tiny bit of light on their breakup in her digital cover for Elle in 2022.

She admitted she’s endured the “darkest hours” of her life amid the breakup and the Spanish government’s accusations of tax fraud.

“I’ve paid everything they claimed I owed, even before they filed a lawsuit,” she told Elle magazine. “So as of today, I owe zero to them.
