Ariana Madix Seemingly Vacates Home She Shared With Her Cheating Ex Tom Sandoval

"Vanderpump Rules" star Ariana Madix has finally packed all her things out of her former home with Tom Sandoval. The former celebrity couple split up earlier this year after she discovered his affair with her co-star and best friend, Raquel Leviss.

The reality TV star was spotted packing her boxes into a U-Haul truck and moving into a new home. Sandoval and Madix initially bought the property for $2 million in 2019 and called it their "forever home."

It was recently confirmed that Sandoval and Leviss had ended their relationship after the scandal. Meanwhile, Madix has already moved on with a new beau, a fitness professional named Daniel Wai.

Ariana Madix was photographed moving her things out of her previous home with ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval on Monday. According to photos from Page Six, Madix got some of her friends to pack her luggage and boxes into a U-Haul truck. After that, the "Vanderpump Rules" star quickly got her items into a nearby car and drove off.

Madix was then seen moving her things into a new house, about 15 minutes from her former home with Sandoval. An insider with the reality star told the news outlet, "Ariana is relieved to leave that house. She is ready to begin a new chapter."

After moving out of the home, Madix shared a celebratory video to her Instagram story, showing off her stacks of moving boxes. The reality TV star was dressed casually in a sweatshirt and leggings and looked much happier in a new home. She captioned the video, "Ready to dip out."

Madix's decision to move out of the property comes about three months after Sandoval's affair with Raquel Leviss was made public. She learned about their relationship on March 1st after Sandoval's phone fell out of his pocket just before a performance. Madix reportedly found a sexually explicit recording of a video call between the bar owner and Leviss.

While discussing the discovery with her "Vanderpump Rules" castmates, Madix said, "I found a screen recording of them on FaceTime. It was literally from the night before." Close friends of the reality TV star told Page Six previously that the affair left Madix feeling "blindsided" and "heartbroken."

Madix and Sandoval bought the property in 2019 and paid about $2 million. When they first announced their luxury purchase, the former couple called the place their "forever home," but that's no longer the plan.

During a recent "Watch What Happens Live" appearance with Andy Cohen, Madix shared that she plans to sell the house very soon. She also confirmed that she and Sandoval still lived together after the affair scandal and their subsequent split.

Madix further declared, "I want my money out of that house as quickly as possible. And I want to move on." She and Sandoval co-own the property, so when Madix eventually sells it, she'll share the proceeds with the singer.

Page Six recently confirmed that Sandoval and Leviss had ended their relationship just two months after the affair went public. However, Madix made it clear to Cohen during their conversation that she doesn't believe the singer and former beauty Queen are genuinely done.

She said, "I don't buy that at all. She was sending letters to my house about four days ago. I just brought in the mail, saw it, put it on the table, and walked away." Madix said she knew it was from Leviss because "it was in her handwriting."

Leviss, however, has reportedly been staying in a mental health facility for about a month now. The reality TV star moved into the facility amid the backlash from her co-stars and fans online concerning the affair. Sandoval seems to be doing better than her, as he's on tour with his band, Tom Sandoval & the Most Extras.

Meanwhile, Madix is moving on with a new beau, a fitness professional named Daniel Wai. During her "WWHL" appearance, she briefly spoke about their relationship and said Wai makes her feel "happy and satisfied."
