'Southern Charm' Madison LeCroy Is Spilling The Gossip On That A-Rod Entanglement

Madison LeCroyshocked Southern Charm fans with that A-Rod dating news. It's about time she clears the air.

LeCroy revealed that her situation-ship with Alex Rodrigues had something to do with the Jennifer Lopez breakup, and now, she is sharing the juicy details. The Bravo TV reality star detailed some of her interactions with A-Rod.

She felt he was only looking for a side chick while engaged to Lopez. She appeared on the podcast Pillows and Beer, where she said the former Yankee player slid into her DMs on Instagram.

LeCroy claims she assumed she was "being f***ing catfished" when the message appeared in her inbox in 2020. At that moment, LeCroy thought, "The dude who's dating [Lopez] is not in my DMs right now."

The 32-year-old told A-Rod that she was not that kind of girl. "I said, 'If you're looking for a side chick, which he was, it wasn't gonna be me" - I'm wifey material."

LeCroy shared some of the details of the conversation that went down. The chatter started as fitness talk; the athlete wanted to know what gyms were in the area because a quick Google search would be too much for him to do, right?

He probably wanted to confirm they were open because it was the middle of the pandemic, but why not call the facilities yourself? Oddly enough, LeCroy shares this story with Austen Kroll and Craig Conover, the podcast's host, and Kroll is LeCroy's ex.

She shared that A-Rod has contacted her "ad nauseum" via FaceTime. Kroll chimed in, remembering some of those conversations between himself and LeCroy of her complaining.

"You were like, 'This motherf***er's FaceTimed me three or four times today,'" Kroll recalled. "And then he got mad at Madison because she didn't answer when she was on the boat or something. And she was like, 'I'm not at your beck and call.'"

In the ultimate side chick move, Rodriguez offered to fly the reality star to his Miami home several times, but she declined. "People still don't believe me - I swear to God, I've never, ever seen that person' in person," LeCroy said.

The scandal was brought up in season seven of Southern Charm, and LeCroy was forced to fess up to the drama. "He contacted me - and yes, we DMed - but other than that, there was nothing," she admitted. "I've never physically seen him, touched him. I am not a f***ing liar and will stand up for that."

Then in March 2021, J-Lo and A-Rod broke up. Lopez is now married to Ben Affleck, and LeCroy and her husband tied the knot in November 2022 with Brett Randle. Unfortunately, the retired baseball player isn't the only famous person she has been linked to.

LeCroy also once dated Kristin Cavallari's ex-husband Jay Cutler, a former NFL quarterback. LeCroy certainly has a type.
