Kim Zolciak Is Fearful Of Kroy Biermann's Alleged Drug Abuse Around The Kids

Kim Zolciak is hinting that her estranged husband has a drug problem and is going to the courthouse to have it sorted out.

The reality TV star is involved in a shocking and possibly messy divorce. As if things weren't bad enough, she now claims that Biermann has an issue with drugs. Zolciak filed a petition asking the former NFL player to submit a drug test amid their ongoing divorce.

Zolciak even requested a particular type of drug test, a five-panel hair follicle drug screen, according to TMZ, who obtained the court documents. The mom of six is concerned over the amount of weed that Biermann smokes.

She is questioning the "safety" of their four minor children and is expressing this "concern" to the courts. Some may think it isn't a big deal, but in the state of Georgia, marijuana is illegal, and in case you didn't know, they reside in Alpharetta, Georgia.

The couple is currently sharing the marital home and doing as much as possible to avoid one another. This has been an awkward living situation as she continues to file motions and complaints against Biermann.

Biermann is also making demands while the two are stuck in their money pit together. He wants full custody of his four minor children with Zolciak—Kroy Jagger, 11, Kash, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kane and Kaia.

2013 Biermann legally adopted Zolciak's daughters, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, from previous relationships. The former Atlanta Falcons star is willing to allow Zolciak visitation rights. Biermann and Zolciak will blow over the smallest this in this divorce.

This includes who made it to the courthouse to file for divorce first. Zolciak's made news, and she claimed she left Biermann, but his paperwork shows that he filed two hours ahead of his estranged wife.

Reports show that Kim and Kroy owe the IRS $1.1 million in unpaid taxes, interest, and penalties from 2013, 2017, and 2018. The tax issue and the couple's struggles with money did have something to do with their divorce, but it wasn't the entire reason.

Sources shared that Zolciak had been contemplating leaving Biermann for months, and she finally did it, or he did; one of them did it. Also, cheating was ruled out; the only thing that makes sense with these two because they were obsessed with one another.
