"Real Housewives of New York" star Bethenny Frankel will soon get the chance to grill her former lawyers over the $2 million malpractice legal battle stemming from her nasty divorce with Jason Hoppy. The only problem is, she'll also have to answer some questions.

According to documents filed December 10 in the case filed by Frankel against NYC attorney Jamie Andrew Schreck, the reality star will be deposed by her ex-legal counsel before February 15. During the deposition, Frankel will have to answer questions under oath regarding the creation of a trust following her marriage to Hoppy, and also who allowed the terms of the trust to favor Hoppy when it came to divvying up the ex-couple's assets.

The lawsuit all started after Frankel purchased a $5 million NYC apartment in 2011 and retained Schreck to represent her in the sale. Frankel alleges that she wanted the property to be in her name, but Hoppy suggested they create a trust. During their divorce, the star realized the trust gave Hoppy 50% interest in the property and the right to occupy the residence without paying rent.

She blamed Schreck for not acting in her best interest once realizing she gave up her sole rights to the home. The two have been battling it out in court since 2016.

Luckily for Frankel, after she sits for questioning, she will get a shot to get answers to her questions regarding the creation of the trust when her lawyer deposes Schreck.

Since she initially filed, the attorney denied all allegations of wrongdoing, and argued he represented the interests of both Hoppy and Frankel. He claimed the "Real Housewife" brought about her own misfortune, and wants the case be thrown out.

Legal drama may be the least of Frankel's problems right now, as the reality star continues to recover from a near-fatal allergy that caused her to spend two days in the hospital after an emergency call to 911.
