Reality star Kim Kardashian allegedly went shopping for a new home in Tom Brady's luxurious Bahamian neighborhood. The neighborhood is a celeb hot spot, with residents like Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Lopez, and Michael Jordan.

Per reports, Brady and Kardashian have gotten "friendly" with each other, but the former NFL star wasn't in the Bahamas during Kardashian's visit. The SKIMS founder has an extensive dating history, which includes athletes like Reggie Bush and Kris Humphries.

Brady, meanwhile, has been rumored to be involved with actress Reese Witherspoon, but she denied it. Amid romance speculations concerning the athlete, it's been claimed that he only wants a "regular girl" when he's ready to settle down again.

Sources recently revealed to Page Six that Kim Kardashian is browsing for a new vacation home. The reality star was recently spotted on a home shopping trip in Tom Brady's private Bahamian neighborhood. The members-only community is called Baker's Bay Golf & Ocean Club.

One source confirmed that Kardashian asked Brady for property advice on the area before her trip. The 42-year-old business mogul was subsequently photographed touring the resort. The insider said, "Kim and Tom are friendly. She phoned him and asked him for his advice on Baker's Bay."

They also confirmed that there's "no romance" between the two celebs and said Kardashian was already "very familiar" with the area. The source said, "She's been eyeing property there for quite some time." Some celebrities that live in the neighborhood include Jennifer Lopez, Justin Timberlake, Alex Rodriguez, Reese Witherspoon, and Michael Jordan.

A representative of Brady shared with Page Six that the retired athlete wasn't in the Bahamas during Kardashian's trip. However, they are known to be friends and are also linked through Jens Grede, the marketing icon that helped both celebs build their clothing brands. "They have friends in common," a source told the news outlet.

Brady originally bought his vacation property in the area years ago with his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen. Before their divorce last year, Brady and Bündchen spent time at Baker's Bay to try to fix their marriage. This happened while the former quarterback was on an 11-day vacation from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' summer training camp.

If Kardashian and Brady are truly together, it wouldn't be her first romance with a professional athlete. The Skims founder was once in a lengthy relationship with former NFL star Reggie Bush and in 2011, she was very briefly married to former basketballer Kris Humphries.

Kardashian was also rumored to be linked to football stars Christiano Ronaldo and Miles Austin, but none were ever proven true. The reality star has also been single since she ended her relationship with comedian Pete Davidson in August 2022.

According to the news outlet, a source shared that the NFL icon is secretly in a relationship with a "blonde-haired superstar," who's still anonymous. The insider explained that Brady isn't interested in anything serious because he's bitter at Bündchen.

They said, "He just wants to make Gisele jealous and project the image that he's a happy bachelor who's got it made." There were previous reports that Brady would only be interested in a "regular girl he can settle down with" when he's finally ready to be in a relationship again.
