Hailey Bieber got candid in an interview about the possibility of her and her husband, Justin Bieber, having kids. 

The couple has previously talked about their future as parents, with Justin saying he's ready for as many as Hailey wants because it's her decision. 

Hailey has now opened up about how badly she wants children and how terrifying the thought is for her.

During a newly released interview with The Sunday Times, Hailey Bieber discussed her future family with her husband, Justin Bieber. The model spoke about the possibility of kids one day and said it's a very emotional topic for her.

She shared, "I cry about this all the time. I want kids so bad, but I get scared. It's enough that people say things about my husband or my friends. I can't imagine having to confront people saying things about a child."

Despite her concerns about addressing online criticism of her future child, Hailey still wants to have a big family one day with Justin. She said, "We can only do our best to raise them. As long as they feel loved and safe."

Hailey and Justin have previously spoken about their marriage and expanding their family. During an interview with Harper's Bazaar in August 2022, she said marriage requires endless effort, just like having children.

"He's still the person that I wanna be rushing back to. I might fly somewhere and do a job, but I can't wait to come back and hang out," Hailey stated. "I feel like that's because of the effort that's been put in on both sides. At the end of the day, he's my best friend, but it still does take a lot of work to make it work."

The Rhodes founder added that their work would double when she and Justin someday have kids. She said, "And then I know eventually, when kids come in the picture, that's going to be a whole other season of navigating how to make that work."

During a 2020 "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" appearance, Justin spoke about his and Hailey's future with kids. The "Where Have U Been" singer shared that he's ready to have as many kids as "Hailey wishes to push out."

He said, "I'd love to have myself a little tribe. But, yeah, it's her body and whatever she wants to do. ... I think she wants to have a few." 

When asked why they've decided to wait so long to have kids, Justin explained that there isn't "really an issue." He said, "But I think Hailey still has some things she wants to accomplish as a woman, and I think ... she's just not ready yet. And that's okay."

In a 2021 interview with GQ magazine, Justin spoke again about their kids and said they'd get to it "eventually."

In her recent interview with Sunday Times, Hailey also talked about her mini-stroke in March 2022. The 26-year-old explained that she wanted to encourage other women to ensure they "get the information they need" from their doctors. Hailey said this was due to the heavy misinformation spread by the press about her medical condition.

She said, per People, "The day after I was hospitalized, it was on the internet. [I] wanted to talk about what happened in my own words because so many people were making assumptions. If you let things like that silence you, you allow people to dictate how you live your life."

Hailey also shared that the treatment she gets on social media sometimes makes her "want just to curl up and be a hermit, like, 'If this is how people feel, maybe I should just stay home." However, the model said she knows that's not "the kind of person" she is, so she can't pretend.
