Fitness trainer Senada Greca, the new fitness trainer of Kim Kardashian, is reminding her 4.1 million followers never to let negative comments on social media hurt them or their goals!
The Zentoa founder has faced heavy criticism over the years by users who say she "looks like a man" due to her muscular physique, but one user took things one step further when they alleged that women don't have any visible muscles at all!
Kim Kardashian’s Fitness Trainer Senada Greca In Bikini Claps Back At Criticism Saying Women Don't Have Muscles!
The popular fitness trainer took to Instagram to share off her sculpted physique in a sleeveless crop top and matching bikini bottoms that don’t hide much of her toned glutes. She starts the video with both hands over her chest before she slowly brings both arms down to her side. She then raises her right arm and flexes it, showing off her muscles. "This part of my life is called peace," says a man in the audio track in the background of the video.
The comment over the video reads, “A woman with visible muscles is not a woman.” The comment is then replaced by Senada’s white text: “So does that make a man without visible muscles, not a man?” In the caption, she reminded her followers that she felt a lot better about herself by following her own path in life without listening to unsolicited comments from others.
“The feeling of confidence I have attained from lifting weights and stepping into my own strength outweighs any opinions about my appearance,” she wrote, reminding her followers to check out her app by clicking on the link in her bio. Fitness trainer Kim French exclaimed “TELL EM QUEEN” while Kristy Sarah called her post, “Perfection.”
“Criticism comes from those who aren’t willing to do the work themselves. Because if they did, they wouldn’t have the time (or the lack of respect) to put down someone else who is willing to do the work. Keep shining & inspiring Queen,” one fan commented. “So well said. Thank you, love,” Senada replied.
Fans Admire Senada For Providing Dedication, Passion, and Motivation To Their Fitness Journey!
“I have trained with you for two years! You saved my life during the Covid lockdown. I admire your consistency your passion and your body is A M A Z I N G! If ONLY I could get a little % of the muscles you show us every day with your strength and grace. Thank you forever!” one fan commented.
“I am so grateful to have helped in any way. But I see you! You have those beautiful muscles too. Don’t dismiss what you have gained with your hard work,” Senada replied.
Other followers said that comments like the one that Senada received actually serve as motivation for them to keep pushing themselves “Insecure men everywhere… I just open my ig, see you and have the desire to workout! Thank you for the daily motivation!!” another follower commented.
However, one user was quick to say that the comment might not have necessarily come from a man. “Because obviously, you’re going to assume it was a man commenting that because you’re sexist. It could have easily been posted by a woman,” they wrote. The follower replied, “Woman or man… throwing a stone at a woman who shares a positive lifestyle. Someone insecure criticizing what they wish they had.”
Fans Support Each Other and Senada's Message: 'Strong Is Feminine'
However, they weren’t the only fan who felt that the comment came from a man. “That makes me laugh! You look incredible and he must be very insecure. I appreciate all the workouts you share with us!” another fan chimed in. Senada replied, “I am so grateful to be able to share my workouts with you all.”
“Sounds like the dweeb is feeling a bit insecure,” another fan commented. “He’s afraid of pain. He never lifted a weight in his life,” another follower wrote. “They didn’t get far with that logic,” a third fan chimed in, making fun of the original comments. Another user called on Senada to “expose them.”
“Where are these haters coming from? Literally, they must be like 80 years old lol…being fit, and having muscles is actually what’s in!!! It should always have been what’s in…women are strong!!! Strong is feminine!” another fan commented. “You nailed it! There is no better trend than being healthy and fit and women who do so are viewed by many as prime examples of what a woman could be!” another follower replied.
