During a March interview with British Vogue, Rihanna spoke about her first months as a mother. She shared that the experience has been “legendary” and “everything,” and said life has completely changed. The “Diamonds” singer also spoke about not remembering her life before motherhood.
She said, “You try to remember it – and there are photos of my life before – but the feeling, the desires, the things that you enjoy, everything, you just don’t identify with it because you don’t even allow yourself mentally to get that far, because…. Because it doesn’t matter.”
In an earlier interview with Elle, Rihanna also talked about her parenting style as a protective mother. She compared her mothering style to “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice, who can be a “psycho” for her children. The fashion icon even said she’d likely be much worse than Guidice.
