Courtney Stodden is being scolded by a judge to hurry up and finalize her divorce or she will remain married to husband Doug Hutchison.

On January 3, a Los Angeles Court judge fired off a letter to Stodden saying that her divorce is not complete and she has to file the required documents to make it official.

The court says if Stodden fails to take action, the entire divorce will be dismissed and the marriage will stay intact.

The couple announced their separation in January 2017 but Courtney did not officially file for divorce until March 2018.

Stodden cited irreconcilable differences in her petition and listed their date of separation as September 1, 2017.

She did not request spousal support from Doug and asked the court to deny him the right to support. The divorce docs revealed Stodden was pulling in $2,500 a month but her expenses totaled $4,700, leaving her a bit in the red.

As The Blast first reported, Courtney Stodden actually filed court docs in the divorce requesting the judge grant her a default judgment against her ex. She asked the judge to sign off on the divorce even though Doug has blown off the case and not bothered to file a response or show up to court.

Stodden served her ex with the legal papers but the time has passed for him to respond.

Back in 2011, 51-year-old Doug Hutchison famously married 16-year-old Courtney Stodden in Las Vegas. She was his third wife.
