Mariah Carey is starting off 2019 by clearing a massive legal battle out of her way as the pop star has hashed out a deal to end a nasty battle with her ex-manager.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Mariah and Stella Bulochnikov have "reached a mutually agreed to resolution of this matter." Bulochnikov agreed to "discontinue this action against Mariah Carey with prejudice, with each party to bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs."

Our sources said Bulochnikov believed she was owed commissions on the fortune she helped Mariah make during their time together. According to sources close to Stella, the number was north of $100 million in three years.

No word on what amount they actually settled on.

They released a joint statement at the time, saying, "After working together for almost three years, Mariah Carey and Stella Bulochnikov have determined that it is in their mutual best interest to part ways on day-to-day management. During their time working together, they have accomplished great things, including, most recently, Mariah Carey’s new music and motion picture projects for this upcoming holiday season. Mariah Carey and Stella Bulochnikov remain partners in a number of business ventures, and will continue to support each other in those endeavors."
