The 33-year-old was visiting Disney World back on February 9. However, the Orange County Sheriff's Office released the arrest report recently.

According to WDWNT, the newly released arrest report states that Delehanty had a "meltdown" at EPCOT after having too many drinks and lying on the ground in the rain, attacking a Cast Member, and running backstage at the Mexico pavilion inside World Showcase.

Delehanty was wearing a Hawaiian shirt, which caught the eyes of many bystanders and Cast Members, as he lay on the ground in the rain in World Showcase.

A Disney World Guest Experiences Manager, who was nearby, saw the incident unfolding and came over to see if he could help Delehanty's friend, but this just seemed to agitate Delehanty even more.

"While waiting for a wheelchair, Patrick became aggressive, getting to his feet and shouting," the arrest report stated. "Next, Patrick picked up a stanchion, attempting to swing or throw it at (the Disney guest experience manager), who feared being struck. The stanchion picked up by Patrick was tethered to a second stanchion, preventing him from striking with it. Patrick quickly picked up the stanchion before slamming it to the ground. Next, Patrick picked up a table and threw it."

After seeing how aggressive and aggravated Delehanty was, the Disney World Guest Experiences Manager informed other Cast Members and Guests to stay away for their safety. That is when the 33-year-old Guest attacked the Cast Member.

"Patrick approached his left side and struck him across the face with his hand. Patrick pushed [the guest service manager's] head back on the follow through," the arrest report continued.

As more Cast Members arrived to help, Delehanty took off yelling and ran into a backstage area, which is off-limits to Guests, and attempted to enter one of the buildings. However, he did not get far, as deputies showed up. Though Delehanty wasn't arrested immediately, he was taken to a hospital, per the arrest report. He has also been trespassed from Walt Disney World.

WDWNT's report continued to state, "A Disney operations manager collaborated with the guest services manager's account of that night and said he saw Delehanty, who was 'intoxicated,' take off his Hawaiian shirt, ball it up, and throw it at someone's chest as well as throw a table over a railing. The arrest report is partially redacted, but the operations manager also saw Delehanty strike the guest services manager."

Initially, the Guest Services Manager did not want to press charges. Still, after waking up the following day in pain and visiting Disney Health Services, where he learned of strained muscles in his neck, shoulder, and back, he changed his mind. He wanted to pursue criminal charges against Delehanty, per the arrest report.

Deputies then tracked down Delehanty at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, where he stayed with his family.

When speaking to authorities, he remembered visiting EPCOT and drinking alcohol at a pub but does not remember anything after that. He was arrested and taken to the Orange County Jail.
