Cheryl Burke continues to glow up in this stunning dress!
The "Dancing with the Stars" alum who just celebrated her birthday took a break from sharing inspirational messages to remind everyone that her body and face card has not declined. After a particularly rough period, the talented star looked the very picture of health as she showed off her toned figure.
Cheryl Burke Stuns in Cut-Out Dress Displaying Her Toned Legs
The entrepreneur recently shared a picture of herself outside donning a blue figure-hugging cut-out midi dress. The dancer posed in front of a bush of purple flowers, contrasting nicely with her outfit's color.
Standing sideways, she looked at her flawless shoulders as her ample bust strained at the top. In another slide, she flaunted her toned legs and curvy figure in the ensemble as she stepped out for the day in nude-colored pumps.
Burke confidently strutted her stuff in the eye-catching outfit, making a statement with a sultry gaze at the camera. In the caption, she wrote, "Have a great week! Sending 💙 #revolve #shopltk #ambassador."
Fans of the former pro dancer would have been all over her dress in the comments, but that section seems to have been disabled, and the reasons for that are still unclear now.
It seems that turning to a new age brings all she wished for herself. As she celebrated her birthday last week, the actress chose to take things easy and enjoy her day with mother nature.
She took to her page to post a photo of herself dressed in pink and her dog admiring the ocean. In the second slide, she conveyed a heartfelt message to her audience, stating:
"It's been interesting living 39 years. This is the first time I have decided to be alone and do me and do what makes me happy. And for sure, what doesn't make me happy is stressing about prepping for a party and all of that."
The birthday girl mentioned that the ocean in the background nourishes her spirit, so she commenced her new age there with a heart full of "peace, love, and ease."
She revealed that she decided to treat herself by spending valuable time with Mother Nature as the previous year had taken a toll on her. Furthermore, the PrimeTime Emmy Award winner strongly emphasized that although she was alone, she did not feel lonely.
She stressed the significance of spending time in her own company without any distractions from the outside world. The television host ended her message by stating, "I owe it to myself. I love you guys. I'm so grateful to all of you for continuing to support me. Happy May."
'Dance Moms' Host Reveals Vulnerable Side In Instagram Video
Last month, The Blast reported that the choreographer shared a video that hit home with viewers as she opened up about her biggest fears and emotional baggage. In the clip, the model sported an Adidas baseball cap and a black jacket over a pink shirt as she dished on some of the most significant experiences in her traumatic past.
The "I Can Do That" alum started the footage by noting her age at the time before highlighting that she is a "trauma survivor" and has been "sober for five years." Additionally, she mentioned her retirement from "DWTS" and admitted that she frequently felt like she was "starting over.
The 39-year-old explained, "While letting go of the past is helpful, new beginnings scare me and are often overwhelming. I try to stay grateful, but sometimes I get stuck in fear. I know life will sort itself out; it always does."
In the comments section, a fan expressed their admiration, stating, "For what it's worth, you just inspired me." They mentioned that they had also just realized they were alone for the "first time in 57 years" before crediting Burke for their new beginning.
Another user wrote, "It is wonderful that you are so honest. It makes me like you even more." This person disclosed that they had been sober for 28 years and expressed their support, urging her to take care of herself. A fourth gushed, "You are such an inspiration. Never too late to start anew or make changes."
