The 33-year-old's first homecoming show generated a substantial buzz hours before the performance began!

'Swifties' took to social media to speculate on the many surprise moments from Swift's first performance in Nashville.

The Blast has covered many aspects of the "We Were Happy" singer's first stadium tour in half a decade; Swift's last stadium tour supported her 2017 album, "Reputation." Any scheduled events for the new decade had been canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Forget a 'Lavender Haze": Nashville was painted purple last night for an excellent reason; Swifties have long been speculating 2010's "Speak Now" had been planned for Swift's next 'Taylor's Version re-recording. Swift announced her plans to re-record her first six albums in 2019, following Big Machine Records' acquisition of her masters.

Following the re-recordings for "Fearless" and "Red," both released in 2021, the "Mine" singer announced "Speak Now (Taylor's Version)" would be released on July 7th!

Nashville may have had rain in its forecast on Friday night, but the mood at Nissan Stadium had been anything but cloudy!

Before Swift's big announcement, the "False God" singer had multiple friends perform and get the mood going; Gracie Abrams and Phoebe Bridgers opened the show. Bridgers' pals Lucy Dacus and Julian Baker later joined the "ICU" singer for a boygenius portion of the set.

The setlist for the Eras Tour features 44 consistent songs, but Swift likes to delight her fans with a 'surprise song' segment; Nashville night one attendee were treated to "Teardrops On My Guitar" and "Sparks Fly!"

The big moment many Swifties had speculated could be taking place had been indeed planned for awhile!

The Blast shared highlights from Swift's big announcement; Swift told a thrilled audience her "love language" was planning exciting easter eggs for fans.

"There's a different reason I'm excited about this part of the set tonight," she said. "Because I've been planning something for a while," Swift admitted.

"You know how I love to plan things and how I love to surprise you with things I plan. It's my love language with you- I plot, I scheme, I plan, and I get to tell you about it," the "Dear John" singer told the crowd before directing fans to turn around to look at the big screen at the opposite side of the stadium; the "Speak Now (Taylor's Version)" album cover was waiting for them, as was the record's release date: the album will be out on July 7th!
