When Orange County Sheriff's Deputy Justin Pickle arrived on the scene, he described seeing Ticknor "intoxicated and stumbling around near the restaurant's entrance," per the arrest report.

At first, Ticknor was not arrested; he was just trespassed by Disney, which prompted him to leave in an Uber with his father. However, he returned to Disney World property and went to his Resort hotel room at Disney's Coronado Springs, which led to his arrest and a second trespass from Walt Disney World.

Ticknor was visiting Walt Disney World with wife and family.

The Jersey Mike's Subs owner has since pleaded not guilty to the two first-degree misdemeanor charges, according to Orange Circuit Court records, and a trial date has been set for June 26.
