Justin Bieber Takes Heat for Voicing Support for Chris Brown

Justin Bieber chose a bad time to compliment Chris Brown's dance moves.

After his release from custody following allegations of rape, Brown posted a number of things to his Instagram page — including an all-caps denial of the charges against him, which he has since deleted.

One of those posts was a video of Brown at dance rehearsal, which he captioned, "We Working ??."

Biebs decided to comment on the video, writing, "No one can touch you ur the GOAT."

While no one can find fault with the opinion that Chris Brown is a great dancer, throwing a shoutout his way amid allegations of rape hit some of his fans the wrong way.

"jb nooooo," one fan wrote, while another simply added, "cancelled."

Others chimed in with "Disappointed but not surprised" with another one writing, "Girl. Bye."

Bieber and Brown have been friends for years and collaborated on the 2011 song, "Next to You."
