Chrisley recently made headlines after being thrown off a Southwest Airlines flight she was supposed to board from New York City to Tennessee. The incident occurred after Chrisley became impatient and argumentative with an airline staff who asked her to check in her carry-on bag.

According to Page Six, the reality TV star, 25, has taken full responsibility for her behavior and blamed her impatience for the incident.

During Tuesday's episode of her "Unlocked" podcast, she acknowledged that, at the time, she had become frustrated with the attendant's adamant stand on the matter and that she was not on her best behavior.

She divulged further details of what transpired between them, noting that she told the attendant she'll like to see for herself after he asked her to check in her carry-on bag before calling him "an a**hole."

"I told the attendant, 'You know what? We all have tough days. You're in a mood. I'm in a mood. I apologize. I should not have called you an a**hole. Let's check my bag,'" she recounted.

However, her frustrations grew as the attendant didn't allow her to board. She explained that the situation caused her not to be her "most patient self," and she called the employee an "a**hole" again.

When the incident happened, the "Chrisley Knows Best" alum took to social media to document the event and slammed the airline for throwing her off the flight.

She revealed that the airline employee called her an "unruly passenger" after arguing with him following her refusal to check in her carry-on bag.

"Alright, guys, I know why everyone hates Southwest so much. I mean, hates it—the worst thing in the world," Chrisley shared at the time.

She continued, "This man right here … um, awful. I boarded my flight to get on, and he told me I had to check my bag. I was like, 'Okay, if you wouldn't mind, I'm gonna take my bag on the flight, see if I can't make it fit, and if not, I'll check it.'"

However, the airline employee didn't give in, calling Chrisley "unruly" for failing to follow orders.

A rep for Southwest has since responded to Chrisley's account of the incident, stating that it is not entirely accurate as she told a "different story," per Entertainment Tonight.

"Our initial reports indicate a different story than the one from the customer's account, as she arrived at the gate late in the boarding process and repeatedly insulted our employee after being asked to gate-check her bag," a rep for the airline shared.

They continued, "As a result, the customer was denied boarding on her original flight, and we booked her on a later flight the same day."

At the time, the airline acknowledged receipt of Chrisley's video and noted that they would "look into the situation."

Chrisley recently expressed her frustration and sadness that her parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, have not spoken to each other in four months.

In the latest episode of her "Unlocked" podcast, Chrisley revealed her mom gave her about 40 handwritten notes after her recent visit to the prison. According to ET, the letters contain Julie's daily accounts of what she has been going through.

"She sent me 30 to 40 days' worth of letters. It was just like her daily diary, journal," she said. "I'll eventually put them out, read them at some point to give people updates on how they are doing and what was going through their minds."

"I don't think a single letter goes by that she does not say how much she misses my dad. They don't get to talk. So we're like, four months in, almost, and being together almost 30 years and not going a day without speaking, to now going on four months is a lot," she added.

Todd and Julie are serving 12 and 7 years imprisonment, respectively, following their federal tax fraud case convictions.
