April Love Geary is ready to pop!

The expecting mom showed off her growing baby bump on Friday, just two weeks before her due date.

"Ready to POP, lock n drop this baby outta me," she joked.

The model and Robin Thicke's second baby -- a girl -- is due on March 10, which happens to be the singer's birthday.

April, who's already said she's planned for a c-section, announced her pregnancy just six months after giving birth to their first child, daughter Mia.
