Rapper Roddy Ricch is being accused of abusing a sedative called Promethazine by his reported baby mama, who is asking a court to give her full custody of their son.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, a woman named Alexandra Kiser is asking a Los Angeles County court to give her custody of a 3-year-old she allegedly shares with Ricch. In the filing, Kiser claims she has been completely cut off financially by the rapper, and is being forced to move out of a home he provided.
To start, Alexandra is asking for the court to establish paternity in the case, along with forcing him to provide child support to his son.
She is asking for $20,000 a month.
Roddy Ricch Reportedly Earns Over $10 Million A Year
"(He) is a very successful and highly paid entertainer who goes by the name of Roddy Ricch. He has a net worth of approximately $25,000,000. He commands fees of $500,000 for appearances," she began. Adding, she believes his income for 2022 was over $10,000,000. At the moment, Kiser says she has zero income.
In the filing, the child's mother accuses Ricch of being an absentee father, alleging, "Since his birth, I alone, spend 98% of the time with him while Rodrick lives his life without
any regard to his parental obligation or responsibility to spend time with Kadence. Rodrick misses important holidays with him including this past holiday season. Instead, he took friends to Dubai and the Maldives on a pleasure trip. I was hurt to find out on Christmas Eve when he came back from his trip that he hadn’t gotten or planned anything for our son for Christmas."
It should be noted, Roddy hired high-powered lawyer Samantha Spector to defend him in this case.
She adds, "Recently, he moved into the gated compound where he has leased the house where our son and I currently live and has only spent 3 full days with Kadence thus far and that has been since January/early February. I don’t know the exact date because Rodrick hid the fact that he moved down the street from us, had a party with his entire family in attendance and his son was not. He now asks if I could move out by this May or if he’ll give me a 6-month extension to move after I expressed to him that I felt uncomfortable about the way he moved into our gated community, just mere houses from us, and then tried to keep it a secret."

At this point, Roddy's baby mama is claiming he wants the family out of his house -- and doesn't want to pay for it anymore. It should be noted, reports about the birth of their son were published online after Alexandra (aka Allie Kay) shared news of the birth on Instagram. She reportedly included a photo of the rapper holding his baby but deleted it.
"Now, he does not want to pay for the house that we live in anymore. He is giving minimal and inconsistent support, and wants me to move out at my own expense," she says. Adding, "He also leased the car for me in June of 2020 as a birthday gift and now wants me to pay for that as well. Rodrick opened a bank account for me last year with his bank so that he could send support to me more easily but money has never been deposited into that account."
Alexandra details the former couple's lengthy relationship, claiming her family took him and paid the bills after he was kicked out of his own home. She also makes allegations about his gang affiliation and drug use.
Roddy Ricch's Baby Mama Details His Alleged Drug Use, Gang Affiliation
"Rodrick Moore is gang affiliated. He has been arrested on a gun charge, domestic violence and regularly indulges in promethazine use all of which are concerns for myself and our son," she writes. In unclear if she is referring to promethazine mixed with codeine, which is popular amongst several rappers, and goes by the nicknames "sizzurp" or "lean."
In the documents, she makes note of Roddy's massive fan base -- claiming it has made for a dangerous situation for their son. "I have had to move on other occasions during our union because of Rodrick’s celebrity and death threats to myself and my son from his fanatical fan base," she says. Adding, "The area that we now live in is safer, and because (their kid) is a child of a celebrity, oftentimes it’s unsafe for us to go places without security."
Bottom line, she says, "I am now asking for the court's help by compelling Rodrick to uphold the promise he made to me and to grant financial support from him for myself and our son. For these reasons, I am also asking for sole custody."
