Heavy hitters like Edie Falco, Joe Pesci, Steve Buscemi, Ray Romano, Jon Stewart, Method Man, Brad Garrett, Kenan Thompson, and Charlie Day were on the cast, and the actor remarked that he only needed to place a call to them to receive their gracious support.
"I mean, it was a lot of just like, 'I don't know if we can get that person.' I was like, 'Why don't we just call them,'" he said. "And people were really respectful and nice, and everyone just really... it was like a family. Everyone had a perfect time."
Peacock Releases 'Bupkis' Trailer
Peacock shared the trailer of the highly anticipated comedy series on Instagram. The streaming service, known for its extensive library of movies and TV shows, released the trailer featuring footage from Davidson's semi-autobiographical series, which premieres on Thursday, May 4th.

Davidson also paid homage to his friend and co-creator of the show, Judah Miller, who divulged that the half-hour series has been in the works for over three years.
"Me and Judah [Miller] wrote this during the pandemic because we were just so bored," he noted. "And we were like, 'This would be insane if we could do this.' And then we couldn't believe that people also really liked it, and we couldn't believe we got to be in it, and it kind of just took off. We are proud. It's been like three years. We're stoked. We're stoked."
