Marie-Lou Nurk Confirms That Having Children Is In Her Future With BF Jason Oppenheim

The storks may bring good news for Marie-Lou Nurk and Jason Oppenheim soon!

The adorable couple has been serving relationship goals since debuting their romance nearly a year ago. Although they have not been together for the longest time, the pair seem serious about each other.

The stunning model recently got candid about the duo's blossoming love and her belief in their future. Skipping the wedding bells, the 25-year-old raved about having a child with the "Selling Sunset" star.

During a recent Q&A session with fans on her Instagram story, the German beauty got personal answering questions about her relationship with the real estate agent. When a curious follower inquired about the media personality's interest in children, the model shared a lengthy response.

Getting real about parenthood, Nurk explained that she did not take the subject lightly as she believed it was a crucial decision to be made in an affectionate relationship. "For me, having children is something that should come from pure love between two people," the blonde bombshell began.

"It's not a decision to be taken lightly, and I believe that it's important to have the right partner before even considering having children," the 25-year-old continued. Although the fashion enthusiast did not mention her boyfriend's name, she stressed that a baby could not be born without mutual consent.

"If both parties want to have children and are ready for the responsibilities that come with parenthood, I think it can be such a beautiful and rewarding process," the social media influencer penned. " Seeing a little person grow and develop is an amazing thing to experience."

Despite gushing about how wonderful it would be to have a child, Nurk stated that everyone followed different paths, and some people did not feel the need to have children. Whether for or against parenthood, the German native claimed the most important thing was to "follow your heart and make decisions that feel right for you." 

Finally, responding to the fans' query in her concluding paragraph, the model wrote: "So to answer the question, yes, I would like to have children one day, but only with the right partner and when we're both ready for that journey."

Judging by her response, the ball seems to be in the couple's court, and the responsibility of being the "right partner" for the job is with Oppenheim. The real estate broker previously confessed he was not ready to start a family with the Paris-based model.

Despite heading to his fifties, ET shared that the California native did not see children happening anytime in the foreseeable future. "I’m more open to being a husband than I am a father right now," the 46-year-old declared.

"I like the idea that there’s no pressure or a thought about having to have a child with Lou. So it just makes it easy for us," The Oppenheim Group founder continued. "I think for the next ten years, I’m good. And that’s a long time, so I’m not even thinking about it yet."

A month later when asked by E! News if he had a change of heart about the subject, the former O’Melveny & Myers attorney stated that his stance against having children remained the same. As for his girlfriend's thoughts on the matter, Nurk echoed similar sentiments.

"I'm 25, so I don't really know. I'm not sure about it. So now, for the next five years, we'll be good," the media personality shared. The lovebirds' relationship came to light in July 2022 after they were spotted kissing in Mykonos.

Earlier this month, The Blast reported that Nurk celebrated her boyfriend's 46th birthday with sweet tributes on Instagram. The blonde beauty shared clips of the couple's trip to the city of love for the real estate broker's big day.

The first video showed the celebrant looking radiant on a moving escalator with his twin brother, Brett Oppenheim, behind him. The German native captioned this footage: "Happy Birthday to the cutest and most wonderful human being on earth."

Another clip showed the Netflix star struggling to carry a suitcase up a spiral staircase, presumably at the couple's lodge in Paris. The social media influencer saved the best for last as she enjoyed a PDA session with her beau at his birthday lunch.

The video captured the model in a white and red bodycon dress while her boyfriend donned a pastel pink sweatshirt and matching joggers. As someone filmed them, Oppenheim leaned in to kiss Nurk's neck, who gently cradled her lover's chin.
