Marie-Lou Nurk Shares Secret To Thriving Long Distance Relationship With BF Jason Oppenheim

Who needs Google when Marie-Lou Nurk seemingly has the best recipe for a thriving long-distance relationship? 

As you may know, the LA-based model currently dates the "Selling Sunset" star, Jason Oppenheim. The duo has been romantically linked since they met on vacation in 2022. However, the 25-year-old model and the businessman continue their affair while living miles apart. 

Nurk recently opened up about some dynamics of their long-distance relationship while sharing some tips with her followers.

The model allowed her followers to ask her any question via a Q&A segment on Instagram, prompting her to reveal many details about her romantic relationship. 

A curious fan asked, "How did Jason react when u told him you wanna go back to Paris." In response, the fashion model posted a cute snap of herself and her man staring lovingly at each other. Alongside the photo, she spilled the tea on how she and the businessman maintain their bond despite the distance.

Nurk began by explaining some dynamics of their affair. She wrote, "We both knew from the beginning that I would have to move back because of my job, friends, and family being here."

She continued, emphasizing the fact that it takes two to tangle. "Long distance relationships can be tough, but we're committed to making it work. We communicate regularly and make time for each other despite the distance." Regardless of the distance and efforts, the runway girl noted that she and the real estate developer believe their "love is worth the effort. "

Another follower wanted Nurk's opinion on the reality show "Selling Sunset" and if she was appearing in the new season. Replying to the question, the German model expressed that she was on the new season, adding that her experience on the set was terrific.

While still on the Q&A segment, a third follower asked the model for her "best tips to stay interesting and desirable in a relationship." To which the model generously dished out advice. 

The TV personality started by addressing that real life is unlike "Disney movies." She added, "being in a relationship isn't about trying to stay interesting or desirable to your partner. It's about being true to yourself, communicating well, and supporting each other through the ups and downs of life."

Further into her tip session, the new reality star detailed an essential requirement for a relationship to work. According to Nurk, "The key is to build a foundation of trust, honesty, and mutual respect. The relationship will thrive when you can communicate openly and support each other's growth."

The German native ended her coaching session with a reminder. She says, "Remember, it's not about being perfect or trying to fit into a specific mold; it's about being authentic and genuine with yourself and your partner. "

Nurk's relationship tips appear foolproof, given that she and the Netflix star's romance is still waxing stronger. Last week, Oppenheim turned 45, and his loving girlfriend sweetly celebrated with him. 

From the 25-year-old's update on her Instagram, the sweethearts flaunted their growing romance in Paris. The first upload showed Jason and his twin brother, Brett Oppenheim, posing on a moving escalator. The twosome coordinated outfits in a white polo shirt, red patterned shorts, white tennis shoes, and a beige bucket hat.

In the clip's caption, Nurk wrote, "Happy Birthday to the cutest and most wonderful human being on earth ❤️❤️❤️." The social media influencer then highlighted how she celebrated her man on his big day. The cover girl posted a video capturing her handsome beau holding up silver luggage to climb a spiral staircase.

He was dressed in casual pastel pink sweats and joggers. Captioning the post, Nurk announced that her man had flown into Paris. "Welcome to Paris 😂," She wrote. Nurk continued her updates on her man's birthday celebration with PDA-packed moments. One clip unveiled the couple during the birthday lunch, and they couldn't keep their hands to themselves. 

The pair sat close to each other, and while the camera was recording, Jason leaned in to kiss his lovely girlfriend on her neck, making her gently grab his chin for more.
