Jen Shah's Husband Turned Down Role On 'RHOSLC' Season 4

Fans knew Jen Shah wouldn’t be returning to season 4 of RHOSLC but is her husband, Coach Sharrieff Shah?
Sharrieff Shah Isn’t A Housewife
The Salt Lake City-based coach was supposedly asked to film scenes, likely updating fans of the show about how his wife is doing in the clink but declined. The producers wanted a location where Coach, who Jen and friends refer to him as would sit around with the other “house husbands” for a chat.
The football coach supposedly denied the request because he was unhappy with how the show producers reacted to Shah’s arrested and subsequent jailing. He didn’t want to give them another opportunity to make the family look bad.
It was reported by TMZ that coach Shah is not interested in chumming it up with the other husbands, at least not on camera. Off camera, it’s written and seen on the show that Coach Shah has decent relationships with Seth Marks, Meredith Marks’ husband, and at one point, he and Lisa Barlow’s husband, John Barlow, were on good terms too.
Jen Shah Didn’t Like Her Treatment
The former reality star was supposed to have some sit down, one on one talk with Andy Cohen after it was revealed she wouldn’t be attending the reunion “under legal advice” and claimed that Bravo “found this unsatisfactory and said they expected to discuss this ‘storyline.’”
The other sit-down was supposed to occur a month later, but again, Shah and her team were uninterested.
She released a statement via Instagram sharing why she refused to sit and talk to daddy Andy after three successful seasons. “This specific one-on-one interview was not part of my RHOSLC reality tv contract,” she wrote.
“I promised myself and my loving family that I would not allow this portion of my life to be sensationalized or inaccurately conveyed.” Shah further wrote, “I would rather remain silent and wait until I can accurately share my story than continue having complete lies and misrepresentations about me smeared across headlines.”
Jen Shah Plead Guilty To Fraud
The 49-year-old pleaded guilty in July 2022 for defrauding likely thousands of people out of millions of dollars. Her scheme included a telemarketing scam that defrauded, in particular, primarily older adults out of money.
When it was all said and done, Shah pleaded not guilty but was ultimately sentenced to 6.5 years in prison which has since been reduced to 5.5 years. She was also ordered to pay back $6.5 million in restitution to her victims.
Meanwhile, Bravo has swiftly moved on and supposedly cast a few “friends of” from last season to full-time. Page Six reports that Meredith Marks, Heather Gay, Lisa Barlow, and Whitney Rose are all returning and considered “safe.”
Bravo also believed that Shah’s negativity cast a “dark” shadow on the show. That and the black eye situation that Heather Gay refuses to share details about. This cast surely needs a shakeup. Bravo fans like a little mess, but not when it gets too real!
