The estate of Michael Jackson is lashing out at claims that the King of Pop's body will be disentombed to collect evidence against him for criminal acts.

According to a letter, obtained by The Blast, Michael Jackson's estate is fuming mad at an outlet who claimed Jackson's body was going to be exhumed from his tomb in order to collect DNA samples.

The letter was sent to Radar Online, after the outlet claimed 11 new victims of sexual assault came forward with allegations against Jackson. MJ's estate wants to know who claimed he was going to be exhumed, and claim the estate's representatives "were surprised no one told them about this unusual development."

The article refers to an "army of shell-shocked victims," and the estate argues that the Santa Barbara District Attorney's Office was never able to locate those victims after going on a "virtual jihad" against the star.

They make it clear that, "nothing in the article is true. The article is full of maliciously and provably false statements." Jackson's estate finishes with a seething bit of advice, suggesting, "it is not our usual practice to tell persons in other professions how to do their jobs, but we will make an exception here. May we suggest that you try something different in the future and talk to real, sane, and credible sources?"
