Hailee Steinfeld is pleased to see Jeremy Renner back on his feet.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe actor is recovering incredibly following a near-fatal accident in which he tried to save his nephew from a snow plow near his home in Reno, Nevada, at the start of the year. The incident's aftermath left him in the hospital with some severe injuries.
The 26-year-old actress, who stars in the American television miniseries "Hawkeye" alongside Renner, recently discussed his recovery in an interview. Working together on the Disney+ show has made them highly fond of one another, so she couldn't help but get emotional when discussing.

Steinfeld, during an interview with ET, at the Sony CinemaCon Presentation on April 25, revealed that she has been in close contact with the "Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol" actor and was "so grateful" to hear that "he has made a truly miraculous recovery."
The "Dickinson" alum further disclosed that the two actors' real-life relationship is comparable to the characters they depict in the action-packed Disney+ series. "I mean, I go back to thinking about how excited I was just to meet him, and then I realized very quickly -- I can't believe I'm going to admit this, but much like Kate Bishop is to Clint, I am that way with Jeremy," she explained.
Steinfeld discussed their relationship and noted her admiration for the 52-year-old actor and how she feels more inspired by him following the "miraculous" recovery. She voiced, "I mean, I don't know if you guys know this man, but he is the most inspiring, and not that I already didn't feel that way about him -- I feel that way times a million. He's amazing."
Days before this intimate interview with Steinfeld, the "American Hustle" actor previously detailed how his daughter, Ava Berlin, was helpful and supportive during his snow plow injury recovery and also showed his fans his workout routine.
On his Instagram story, the father of one uploaded several Post-it inspiration notes that his 10-year-old left throughout the house to motivate him during his workout sessions.
One such note from the pre-teen read, "Hi Beautiful," with a smiley face and heart and was attached to a mirror. Across the upload, the doting father penned, "My daughter inspires Me… What inspires you ??"
In a separate update, the "Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters" actor revealed a second note his baby girl left on a piece of gym equipment. "Just keep running. Just keep running," the message read. Renner followed the letter with, "She leaves me post-it notes all over To keep me going !!"
In the subsequent upload, Renner shared a workout session of himself. Per the report, he was in the living room of what looked like his home, exercising with a set of dumbbells. He paired his blue-black shorts, white shirt, and a face cap outfit with multi-colored training shoes.

Renner, having been a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) franchise, "Avengers' since 2012, is no stranger to the light-hearted debate of who the toughest superhero is that goes on between fans of the movies and the characters themselves. The "Rennervations" star's New Year's Day accident may have earned him the crown.
The Blast reported how the comedian and TV host Jimmy Kimmel called the "Mayor of Kingstown" star the "toughest Avenger" during his first TV appearance on the "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" stage.
As they began conversing, the host jokingly asked the actor if he was pulling a publicity stunt. In response, Renner replied, "Absolutely." The beloved comedian then quipped, "Now, if there was any question as to who the toughest Avenger was, that's settled now, right? Forget [Chris] Hemsworth, forget these guys; it's you; you're the guy."
Hundreds of fans were in agreement when a clip of the conversation surfaced on Instagram. A fan exclaimed, "The man., The myth. The LEGEND!!!" and a third wrote, "What a recovery this guy has made!" Another fan gushed, "He's truly my hero and inspiration for life. Jeremy is one true miracle, and I'm so glad to see him up and walking."
