Shemar Moore's GF Jesiree Dizon Evokes 2-Year Memories In Sweet Birthday Post

Jesiree Dizon celebrated her man Shemar Moore's birthday with the most adorable post!

The model used some of the best moments from the last couple of years to showcase how besotted she is with him. One image even featured the actor tenderly holding their little girl, whom they welcomed earlier this year. While the tot is the couple's first child, Dizon shares a five-year-old daughter with the actor Stephen Bishop and a son from another relationship.

Dizon left no stones unturned when her baby daddy and lover, Moore, turned a year older on April 20. The besotted model littered her Instagram feed with a ten-slide image that she captioned:

“Another year celebrating you, another year loving you, laughing with you, sh*t talking you, driving you bat sh*t crazy, and now parenting with you.... 2 down, 47 more to go I guess l'm stuck with you....”

The convulsively captioned "Life-ing with you has been my favorite" slideshow began with a photo of the mother-of-three and the NAACP Image Awards winner hugging each other as they shared a belly-deep laugh. In the second pic, the lovebirds maintained their joyful poise while showing two adorable pups to the camera.

Another swipe to the left unveiled Dizon sitting on her man's shoulder, while a fourth image showed the actor planting a kiss on her cheek. Other slides featured the couple making funny faces at each other and, as we mentioned above, Moore gingerly holding their baby girl, Frankie.

The "S.W.AT." alum kept his gaze on the little girl, who seemed to be distracted by something else in her view. She reappeared in the last snap, which showed her and her parents at the final resting place of her grandmother, Marilyn Joan Wilson-Moore.

As expected, Dizon's intentional pictorial selection struck a chord amongst her followers, who want the best for her and her beau. With that in mind, one person commented, "Thank you for making this man happy and a daddy. Wishing you many more happy and healthy years together to celebrate birthdays and anything else you want to celebrate."

A second fan effused, "I love this. You can see the happiness on my boy's face. He's finally got that love story he's talked about for years." Several others joined the conversation, sharing the sentiment that Moore had everything he could ever want with his woman.

It is worth noting that even though being with the Primetime Emmy Awards nominee made her a more familiar face, Dizon has always had an entertainment career. She has appeared on multiple television shows, including "Hawaii Five-0," "Days of Our Lives," "Grandfathered," "Man Up!," and "True Blood."

Dizon's professional modeling career is also nothing to scoff as the outlet noted that she is backed by Wilhelmina Models, MGM Germany, Renew Artists Hawaii, and NTA Talent. Additionally, she is a certified make-up artist with a separate Instagram profile — @j_birdbeauty —  dedicated to promoting her works.

Shemar had more than shared how he was dealing with his mom's passing when he told his 4.2 million followers that he had visited her grave in February. The actor had uploaded two images to commemorate the day, with the first showing him, Dizon, and Frankie kneeling next to Marilyn's tombstone, which was decorated with the words, "this house is my son's home."

The Black Reel Awards recipient is seen with one hand — a glass of white wine — around his girlfriend's shoulder while the other has their napping daughter. The Blast further observed that the couple placed another drink on the grass, indicating that it was reserved for Marilyn, whose picture was added to the second Instagram slide. Beneath the shots, the "Diary of a Mad Black Woman" lead began:

“Shemar, Jesiree, Frankie, and the spirit of Grandma Marilyn….. Mom’s dream was for me to become a father and give momma some grand babies… it took me a minute, but momma’s dream is now reality!!”

He continued by narrating that although he had accomplished incredible feats, dealing with his mother's passing would have been unbearable without Dizon. The "Young and the Restless" actor wrapped up, writing:

“Jez, I love you and am so grateful… Daddy Loves Frankie… I love and miss you everyday Grandma Marilyn RIP 2/8/20.”
