The musician who took a hiatus from the pop girl band Little Mix is ready to resume singing, but alone this time. Pinnock has high hopes for her future as a solo performer and described her new track as a "pop hit." 

The star has reportedly asked friends from Little Mix to help her along the way. Her bandmates plan to release new music individually, while Jesy Nelson, who quit the girl group, already has two singles as a solo artist. Her second single, "Bad Thing," was released on April 14th.

According to Daily Mail, Pinnock took a jet to the city in Turkey over the weekend to create a debut music video for her solo career. The 31-year-old is planning ahead of her launch, which according to a source, is close by.

In a statement to The Sun, a source close to Pinnock revealed that she wanted to debut her new project as soon as possible. They noted that her talent is "undeniable" and that the singer is dedicated to releasing an all-rounded project.

"The combination of the high-energy dance routines and the dramatic scenery and buildings in Istanbul will make for a truly stunning video," the source said of the highly anticipated music video. "She's locked in rehearsals now to perfect her moves and to make sure the video is everything and more for her fans."
