Andy Dick Avoids Jail in Sidewalk Groping Case After Cutting Plea Deal

Andy Dick cut a plea deal and kept himself out of jail after being accused of grabbing a woman's butt while walking around town.

The 52-year-old comedian was present in court Tuesday when he plead no contest to lewd conduct and battery. He will not have to serve jail time, but instead will complete 15 days of community service. Dick will also be placed on 36-months summary probation.

Dick was also originally charged with sexual battery last April when he allegedly groped a complete stranger and made crude comments at her, but it appears the sexual battery was dropped in the deal with prosecutors.

The former "NewsRadio" star has also been dealing with some domestic issues, as he was also hit with a longterm protective order last year by his wife after two alleged incidents, involving alcohol, caused her to take legal action.
