Tori Spelling and her husband, Dean McDermott, were personally served with legal papers after opening the front door of their $2 million rental mansion.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Tori and Dean were officially served with legal docs earlier this month by City National Bank.
The process server noted he had no issue finding the couple. He first went to their Woodland Hills rental home and served Dean with the papers on February 13. The server then went back two days later to hand Tori the papers.
The service relates to a financial examination that City National Bank wants to conduct over Tori and Dean’s finances. The bank originally sued the couple in 2016 over a $205k debt they refused to pay.
The actress – who will star in a “90210” reboot with former co-stars Jason Priestley, Jennie Garth, Ian Ziering, Gabrielle Carteris and Brian Austin Green – blew off the lawsuit and was hit with a default judgment of $219,796.66.

Tori and Dean were ordered to appear in court for an examination of their finances to determine how City Bank can collect on their money.
The docs note if Tori blows off the hearing, she may be subject to arrest and punishment for contempt of court.
Tori Spelling’s home is a popular hangout for process servers. Last December, Spelling’s nanny was served with legal papers in a lawsuit over an unpaid credit card bill.
