Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Bündchen shared a video that showed she was enjoying her life post-divorce. The 42-year-old model, previously married to former NFL star Brady, could be seen in the clip riding a bicycle on a smoothly tarred road flanked by trees and foliage on both sides.

She donned a sleeveless top, matched with blue shorts, and was smiling while riding the 2-wheeler like a pro as ADMT's cover of TRINIX and Rushawn's "Beautiful Day" played in the background of the video.

Bündchen captioned the post with a candid statement in English and Portuguese about how life comes with its own "fair shares of trials," adding that the experience comes with lessons that will help one grow.

She further remarked, "Nothing is permanent. So let's enjoy the good moments and learn from the bad ones. Every day is a gift!"

Recently, Bündchen refuted rumors that Brady's decision to unretire last year was the main issue that led to their divorce.

Those rumors alleged that the duo seemingly agreed for the former NFL star to retire and focus on their family and that the supermodel was shocked and hurt when Brady changed his mind.

Bündchen described the speculation as "very hurtful" and "the craziest thing I've ever heard," adding that she had "always cheered for him, and I would continue forever."

Doubling down on her remark, the supermodel said that she hopes he achieves whatever he wants, further noting that she was pretty honest about this.

"If there's one person I want to be the happiest in the world, it's him, believe me," she said in an interview with Vanity Fair. "I want him to achieve and to conquer. I want all his dreams to come true. That's what I really want from the bottom of my heart."

Last October, Bündchen announced she had finalized her divorce shortly after she and Brady told fans that they had decided to end their 13-year marriage, per People.

"With much gratitude for our time together, Tom and I have amicably finalized our divorce. My priority has always been and will continue to be our children I love with all my heart," she said, referencing her kids with the former NFL star, daughter Vivian, 10, and son Benjamin, 13.

"We will continue co-parenting to give them the love, care, and attention they greatly deserve."

The supermodel then noted that she and Brady "grew apart," adding that the separation was difficult for both of them.

Also, in the post, Bündchen revealed that she left the marriage with no regrets. She said, "I feel blessed for the time we had together and only wish the best for Tom always."
